What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Discover. 

When will I receive my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States! Your order should arrive in 3 - 9 business days. 

Does my watch come with a warranty?

Yes. All watches come with a 12 month hassle-free warranty. This includes any manufacturer defects (i.e., internal component failure). Warranty does not include accidental physical or liquid damage. 

What is your return or exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at support@vetustaswatch.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a watch?

If you are returning a watch for a warranty claim, we will gladly cover the cost to ship the defective product back to us. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
